Blueprint for a $1B AI Business Empire
Here’s my exact vision of how I plan to grow a $1B AI business portfolio.

I'm Isabella Bedoya, and I'm on a mission to build a $1B AI Business Portfolio.
Over the next 3-5 years, I’ll be sharing the raw, unfiltered journey—including the wins, the “what was I thinking?” moments, and everything in between.
Ambitious? YES.
Bold claim? Absolutely.

Impossible? Not, no anymore.
Believe it or not, the era of small, agile teams building billion-dollar companies is closer than we think.

With the right AI tools, automation, and a focused strategy, I’m primed to turn this bold vision into a reality.

As some of you know, I’ve been all-in on this AI journey.
Since I started sharing my AI insights on LinkedIn in March 2023:
I’ve launched beta offers that generated around $300k in revenue
Grew to 41k followers on LinkedIn
Generated 6M organic impressions (with zero ad spend)
Along the way, I’ve made some amazing friends in the AI space (shoutout to Barbra Bannon, Chase Fowler, Heather Murray, Audrey Chia, Christal Anderson, Nicholas Thickett, Matthew Lakajev, Adam Biddlecombe, and a bunch of others)
Plus, I’ve been mentioned in Forbes and HubSpot a few times (thank you, Jodie Cook & Kayla Ihrig)
In October 2023, I solidified my stake in the game by investing in my first AI Voice License, becoming one of the first 100 agencies worldwide licensed to sell and implement AI Voice Agents for businesses.
But as you know, the AI space is big, fast-paced, and evolving every day.
By Spring 2024, I merged my AI Voice Agency to launch Infinite AI, where we’re now focused on implementing AI Sales Employees into businesses (more on that another day).
I also earned my certification as a Chief AI Officer (thank you, Chris Daigle), which has been foundational to this journey.
The past six months have been intense—lots of sleepless nights, growing pains, and countless lessons.
The deeper I go, the stronger my desire becomes to publicly document this journey, creating a space where I can share strategies, experiences, and raw, unfiltered thoughts.
Why?
To inspire others on a similar path and connect with those who see the potential to help turn this vision into a reality.

In today’s newsletter, I’ll break down my $1B vision—covering the strategy, key phases, and why now is the perfect time to bring it to life.
Building My $1B AI Empire Blueprint
To grow my $1B AI business empire, I’m focusing on five key strategic phases.
Education & Consulting
Software as a Service (SaaS)
AI Implementation
IP / Licensing
Mergers & Acquisitions
Each phase brings something unique to the table, building on the previous one to create a sustainable, high-growth business model.
Here’s a breakdown of why each phase is crucial, why they’re set up in this order, and the impact they’ll have.
Phase 1: Education & Consulting
Establishing thought leadership is step one.
Since early 2023, I’ve built a community of over 41k on LinkedIn, generating 6M organic impressions and creating real impact.
I’ve consulted and trained teams at top organizations—such as Atlanta Airport, Netafim, ISACA (Charlotte & Tampa Chapters), Gwinnett County Entrepreneur Center, SunWing Vacations, Oportun, and the American Marketing Association—on how to leverage generative AI within their processes as part of my consulting offerings.
This phase generates early revenue, establishes credibility, and allows me to connect with businesses that are serious about adopting AI.
🗝️ Key Takeaway #1: Education builds authority, and consulting others provides real-time data on industry pain points, setting a foundation of trust and a loyal client base.
Phase 2: Software as a Service (SaaS)
After establishing the education/consulting foundation, SaaS enables me to move into scalable and recurring revenue.
In 2023, I launched a couple of "Software WITH a Service" beta test offers, generating $300k in revenue and gaining invaluable insights into client needs.
This experience highlighted the importance of separating SaaS and implementation into distinct offerings.
By doing so, I will be able to create a more scalable solution that can grow independently and allows for easier exit strategies without being founder-dependent.
In addition, strategic partnerships have been essential to this stage. Over the past year, we have been developing a suite of micro-SaaS products in marketing, sales, personal growth, and communication.
(We’re gearing up to release one of these SaaS products in November 2024)
This is not just about building software; it’s about leveraging AI to solve real-world problems that matter.
🗝️ Key Takeaway #2: SaaS offers reliable, recurring revenue that fuels growth and scalability. By building solutions that directly address client pain points, we’re creating tools that aren’t just adopted but become essential to our users’ success, driving ongoing engagement and loyalty.
Phase 3: AI Implementation
Moving on from Consulting & SaaS, the next step is full-service AI implementation—or as we like to call it, becoming your AI Growth Partners.
In this phase, we don’t just build and release AI solutions; we become long-term growth partners, working closely with clients to achieve real, measurable growth.
Here’s how we’re currently driving growth for our clients:
AI Bootcamps: We help business owners launch their own bootcamps, creating new revenue streams and establishing them as industry authorities.
AI Automated Funnel Builder: Our tool streamlines the customer journey for business owners and automates every stage from lead capture to conversion.
Tailored Custom GPTs: We collaborate with clients to create custom GPTs trained on their unique workflows, enhancing efficiency and productivity by automating repetitive tasks using their own strategies.
AI Sales Employees: We build, train, and deploy AI Sales Employees to manage the entire sales cycle from end-to-end. Our AI Sales Employees can generate leads, optimize speed to lead, book qualified appointments, launch database reactivations, and more. This enables businesses to scale through sales effectively.
🗝️ Key Takeaway #3: As AI Growth Partners, we focus on scaling through revenue, not by increasing client volume. Our team becomes an integral, long-term asset within each client’s operations, forming partnerships that require a minimum six-figure annual agreement, including revenue share, to ensure accountability for mutual growth. This approach drives lasting value and fuels our $1B business portfolio—not just a one-time solution.
Phase 4: IP / Licensing
We’re scaling further by licensing our AI agents, IP, and proprietary technology to empower other businesses with our proven solutions. We’ve already begun by licensing our entire AI Voice Agency infrastructure to over 20+ different agencies, enabling them to utilize and resell the same AI Sales Employee solution we offer under Infinite AI.
We’ve built this infrastructure within each partner agency, giving them our exact offer, strategies, and technology.
To ensure their success, we meet with these partners twice a week, providing hands-on support and strategic guidance to help them grow their agencies with the same tools and insights that have driven our own growth.
🗝️ Key Takeaway #4: Licensing lets us expand our reach by monetizing our IP and technology, creating new revenue streams without heavy operational demands.
Phase 5: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
With a solid foundation in place, M&A serves as our final growth engine, allowing us to acquire complementary AI businesses and even traditional “boring” businesses that can be revitalized through AI. By this stage, we’ll have strong cash flow, industry authority, and a proven track record, positioning us as an attractive partner or acquirer for high-potential ventures.
Our approach to M&A will not only boost our AI portfolio but will also broaden our impact by transforming non-AI businesses with AI-driven strategies, adding significant value and new market opportunities.
Future Vision: Target and acquire companies that align with our mission, whether they bring new AI technology, customer bases, industry influence, or opportunities for AI transformation.
🗝️ Key Takeaway #5: Acquisitions provide immediate growth and revenue, propelling us closer to the $1B goal by integrating complementary assets and expanding our reach. By acquiring both AI and traditional businesses, we create new avenues for impact, leveraging AI strategies to unlock hidden potential in underperforming sectors.
Bringing All 5 Phases Together
Each phase builds on the last, strategically expanding us into a $1B AI empire.
Education builds authority and insights, SaaS scales revenue, Implementation strengthens client relationships, Licensing expands reach, and M&A accelerates growth.
Although this journey is big, bold, and transparent—I believe that in sharing the real process, we can inspire others to see beyond small-scale goals.

Final Thoughts
Most people see AI as a threat to existing jobs and businesses. I see it as the biggest opportunity for business transformation since the internet was invented.

While others are trying to build the next ChatGPT, we're quietly building an empire of AI-transformed businesses. The opportunity is hidden in plain sight, and now you know exactly how we're capturing it.
Bringing this vision to reality will require me to become even more disciplined, especially setting boundaries around how I choose to invest my time.
